UnternehmerTUM International is responsible for the company´s strategic international cooperation and iis n charge of developing programs to support high-tech startups to internationalize and to collaborate with European partners on fostering human-centered and sustainable tech innovation. Communication, implementation and management of EU-funded projects in the non-profit part of the company will be one of the main fields.
(1) Communication with UnternehmerTUM’s international cooperation partners
(2) Creation of internal presentations, reports, and manuals; assistance in Project management including reporting for third-party funded entrepreneurial projects at UnternehmerTUM
(3) Content creation (text and video) and communication via social media platforms, webpage, newsletter and at events;
(4) Participant management within the scope of international programs for startups and talents;
(5) Assistance in preparation and support of internal and external events; e.g. the biannual “International Entrepreneurs’ Night” with over 150 guests
(6) Daily support in the department regarding their organizational needs and assistance in customer relationship management.
Level of studies: Bachelor + relevant working experience or Master
Passion for entrepreneurship and international topics
Marketing background is a bonus
First working experiences and own international experience are preferred
Comfortable working independently, taking lead on projects and pitching creative ideas
Responsible & serious work ethic; attentive to details, able to prioritize
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills; design tools are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (level C1); Basic knowledge of the German language is a plus (preferably B1 or higher)
