- Observaciones: XPLORE is one of UnternehmerTUM's flagship programs. The Program aims to support early-phase start-up teams on their way to market maturity. XPLORE helps teams develop their tech-based business ideas further, validate their
value proposition and business model, drive the development of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), create a compelling pitch deck, and develop their pitching skills. Furthermore, we support start-ups in raising prototyping money and pre-seed money. For this purpose, workshops, block seminars, and coaching sessions are offered where XPLORE Expert-Network intensively supports the teams during the program.
Another focus of the program is the development of a team that is strong in execution with an entrepreneurial mindset. Therefore, Talent-Matching is an active part of the XPLORE program to strengthen the founder team's perspective, skills, and knowledge. Entrepreneurial talents without a start-up can participate in XPLORE by joining teams for XPLORE as “founders in residence.” The program is implemented online and on-site. The workshops and seminars will be conducted in English.
• Preparation, organization, and event management of workshops, seminars, bootcamps, etc.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the success of the program offerings and the start-up's development.
• Support administrative processes as well as community building and social media activities.
• Design and final touch-ups of workshop and seminar presentations.
• Be part of our start-up assessments and coaching sessions as a junior coach.
• Research and preparation of results on current topics and trends in Entrepreneurship, Manufacturing & Circular Economy, Agrotech, Health and Biotech, Smart Cities and Sustainability, Data & AI, Quantum, Robotics, Aerospace, etc.
Note: The tasks may also vary based on the skillset and interests of the intern
We are not looking for any specific study background. However, it could be a bonus if your studies are related to entrepreneurship innovation, communication, or business administration.
We are looking for someone skillful, engaged, with a to-get-the-job-done mentality, creative at solving problems, and able/willing to learn to use our digital tools (GSuite, Zoom, Miro, Typeform, Notion, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
The ideal candidate is curious and eager to develop and fase new challenges. We appreciate ambition and willingness to learn over having all the answers or skills ready when you start. You are also a team player with strong collaboration skills who wants to impact the world positively.
It could be a bonus if you have previous experience helping to arrange projects, workshops, and events or another role in the start-up ecosystem with other people in a paid job, student union, or a hobby organization.
