- Observaciones: Economic Development Unit. Our goal is to enable the sustainable growth of Espoo by matching skills and jobs, serving companies and strengthening the local innovation community. Depending of the interest and skills of the trainee, the trainee would be wording on one or two of the following:
• city branding and city marketing: carrying out an international benchmark study especially focused on talent attraction,
• job market forecast, matching of skills and talents in cities: carrying out an international benchmark study focused on finding successful best practices in forecasting and knowledge-based management,
• EU funding sourcing and EU policy investigational work in the field of innovation and economic development,
• (TBC) sustainable business development in SMEs: if the San Sebastian-led Horizon project (Strides) receives funding, the trainee could support the project. This could also be combined with supporting the collaboration between Espoo and San Sebastian in the Eurocities working group on innovation & entrepreneurship (how cities can support scale-ups etc). - Nivel Académico: Licenciatura o Grado (C5-8)
